Reservations

Requests submitted online are confirmed by our dispatch team by phone, text or email. A ride is scheduled only once you receive that confirmation.

Rates

Airport transfers are quoted at flat rates. Private tours are quoted per tour or hourly. Additional stops, extended wait time and after-hours pickups may adjust the final fare and will be communicated before your ride.

Cancellations

Please give as much notice as possible. Private tours cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee.

Safety

All passengers must wear seat belts. Hawaii law requires appropriate child restraints — let us know in advance and we will provide a car seat. Drivers may end a ride for unsafe or unlawful behavior.

Weather and road conditions

Tours may be modified or rescheduled when road closures, weather or park conditions make a route unsafe. Guest safety always comes first.
